FinTea allows members to request deletion of their personal data and connected marketing and/or sales platform data (such as Meta Ads and Instagram connection data).
To request deletion of your data, please email us at:
Use the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request”
In your email, include:
The email address used for your FinTea account
The marketing or sales platform you connected (Meta Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
(Optional) Your FinTea account/brand name
Once your request is verified, we will delete:
Your FinTea account profile information (if requested)
Stored marketing connection tokens (ex: Meta/Google OAuth tokens)
Stored marketing account identifiers (ex: ad account ID, Instagram business ID)
Stored reports/insights associated with your account (if applicable)
We may retain certain records only when required for:
legal compliance
security/audit logging
fraud prevention
We process deletion requests within 7 business days.
